Test units portable and vertical

Portable Test unit for testing of shut-off, safety relief and control valves:

• Test unit with vertical hydraulic quick clamping system
• The valves are clamped by the flange or between lower and upper test table
• Swing out top plate for clamping and testing valves from both sides
• Valves with thread connection are clamped with adapter flange
• Valves with welding ends are clamped between bottom and top plate by using special seal adapters
• For body testing the valves are clamped and sealed between bottom and top plate

Hydraulic clamping systems are available with clamping force of:

• 18, 30, 55 tons
